Healthy Cooked Kale Salad Recipe

Kale is a great leafy green vegetable known for its amazing health benefits. It can be used in salads and sandwiches, or it can be baked in the oven to make chips.

My favorite way to consume kale is with a cooked kale salad.

Ingredients:

-Kale

-Spices

-Other vegetables

1. Put the kale in a skillet with oil over heat

2. Add your favorite spices to increase the flavor. I like to use a combination of garlic salt, cumin, and lemon pepper.

3. Feel free to add vegetables to the mix. I like including mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and zucchini in my dish.

4. When it comes to protein, I have found that turkey and chicken are both the tastiest and healthiest options to include. Make sure to cook the meat thoroughly. Garnish the meat with spices to add that extra kick.

5. When it comes to garnishing the salad, I like to use Sriracha and olive oil. The low fat and low calorie dish is flavorful and delicious!
